Owner Martin Strawbridge, opened Downton Brewery in 2003, having previously worked for Fuller’s.

He said: “It’s a small brewery with a family feel.”

“It’s our bar’s one-year anniversary, it’s an all-inclusive, family friendly bar, come down and help us celebrate our one year.

“Because it’s a tap bar, all of the beers are pulled fresh from the casks, and exclusive beers will be available.”

You can find out more by going to downtonbrewery.com/ or their Facebook page.

The brewery has had beer festivals in the past, but with their new bar, this is expected to be their biggest yet.

No booking is required, and it will be free entry.
