CREESE David John Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on 10th October 2014 aged 57 years. Beloved Husband to Jan. Forever in my heart, love and miss you always. Sleep well. Loving Father to Kirsty, Damian and Olly and Father-in-law to Christopher, Sam and Cat. Loved and remembered every day. We will miss you always. ‘Pops’ Beloved Granddad to Charlie, Jack, Holly and Elsie. Love and miss you Pops xxx Funeral Service to be held at 1.45pm on Monday 27th October 2014 at Salisbury Crematorium. Family flowers only.
