PHILLIPS Joan Mary Passed away suddenly on 29th April 2015 at home. Will be dearly missed by family, friends and pets Robbie and Raffles. Funeral Service to take place at All Saints Church, Middle Woodford on Friday 29th May at 12.30pm and followed at Salisbury Crematorium 1.45pm.
