CARD Jennifer Ann In loving memory. Passed away at Salisbury Hospital on 28th December 2017. Loving mother of Tracy, Rachael, and Kevin. Reunited with her loving husband. Funeral Service at Salisbury Crematorium on 24th January at 1pm. Family flowers only. Donations to Stars Appeal C/O Burdens in Amesbury 01980 623267. So sadly missed by all the family.
