PIPER Patricia sadly passed away peacefully at home aged 75 on 11 June after a short illness. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Pat, daughters, grandchildren, son in laws and siblings. Grateful thanks to all the Doctors & Nursing staff at SDH, the Community Nursing Team & especially There4U palliative care team who supported her at home.
