DEREK AND iRIS WALLIS
WALLIS Derek and Iris Major DK and Mrs IB Wallis, together with family, wish to publicly thank surgeons, doctors, nursing and care staff at Salisbury District Hospital who looked after Derek throughout his recent lengthy stay. To make individual thanks would be impossible but particular thanks must be made to both physiotherapists and occupational therapists involved in his care.
