LAWES Sam Edna, Sue, Richard, Tony and Alan would like to thank everyone for their kind letters, cards and donations for Dementia UK and Alzheimers Society on the occasion of their recent sad loss. We would like to give special thanks to all staff concerned at Milford Manor Care Home, Three Swans Surgery and Amblescroft South Ward at Fountain Way Hospital, and Keith Paddick for the care, comfort, support and understanding given to Sam over past few months.
