HALL Pam Terry, Jayne, Sara and family would like to thank all our friends and neighbours who attended the celebration of Pam's life at St. Michaels and All Angels Church. We would also like to thank everyone for their cards, kind words and generous donations to Lewis Manning Hospice and Forest Holme Hospice in memory of Pam.
