Manager promoted after just two years
9:08am Wednesday 23rd January 2013 in Business By Jill Harding
Peter Sammons
A PROPERTY manager has been made an associate at Salisburybased Myddelton & Major just two years after joining the firm.
Peter Sammons is a registered valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and MRICS, and provides asset valuations for funding and account purposes.
He said: “A key part of the job is to deliver on all fronts on behalf of our clients, from minimising costs and exploring rental income opportunities through to dealing with contentious issues, such as a skip sited in breach of a business park covenant or occupiers whose working practices may be drawing well-founded complaints.”
Peter’s promotion came as the property consultancy firm’s commercial property team was named Most Active Agent in Wiltshire by Estates Gazette, the UK weekly property magazine for the sector.
Partner Philip Holford said: “Peter’s well-deserved promotion is in recognition of his role in proactively dealing with a diverse regional portfolio of properties, including retail, offices and industrial, on behalf of clients.
“His professional advice and recommendations backed by diplomacy, in challenging circumstances that come with property and asset management, are very much appreciated by clients and occupiers.”
