Top prise for Holly
A MEMBER of the team at Salisbury’s Memory Opticians has passed her level two optical practice support course with the highest score in her class.
Holly Sturgess gained a promotion to trainee frame stylist and also earned a £200 prize for gaining the highest marks in the exam, which was then matched by Memory Opticians.
Holly is now training to dispense spectacles within the practice.
She said: “I feel more confident within the practice now.
“I am able to provide better advice for patients, and I’m sure in myself when I answer their questions.
“I’m able to help a lot more now that I’m training to fit and dispense spectacles.
“This is great when it’s busy in the practice, as it means no one is left waiting to be seen.”
