A BUSINESSMAN from Salisbury has created a survey website application to enable business owners to engage more easily with their customers.
Ian Hudson, founder of financial advice and insurance practice Hudson Green, has launched KIS Surveys, giving business owners the opportunity to create their own branded survey.
He said: “In a nutshell, KIS Surveys is about asking the right questions, getting quick answers, drawing conclusions from the replies and then acting on them.
“You get to deliver the survey by text or email, or let your clients invite themselves.
It really couldn’t be simpler. And the business owner can receive feedback within seconds, enabling you to react if necessary, or praise where due.”
