THE corporate & commercial, employment and commercial property teams at Salisbury based Trethowans Solicitors have advised North American Science Associates, Inc (NAMSA) on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Medvance Ltd.
NAMSA is leading global medical research organisation providing comprehensive services to advise clients and evaluate the safety and efficiency of medical devices.
Mike Watson, partner, and Lucy Grey, a senior associate, in the corporate & commercial team at Trethowans worked on the transaction, alongside Stephen Green of Baker Tilly.
