AN artisan bakery on the Wiltshire border has rebranded its bread.
Bread from the Long Crichel Bakery is now labelled Famous Hedgehog Bread, after the technique used to cut the crust of the bakery’s most popular loaves.
Charlie Hepworth, from the firm, said: “We think our bread is the best there is.
That’s because it is made by hand, with great care, in our wood fired oven, using only organic ingredients and no chemicals. So now we have made it even easier to choose the right thing. Famous Hedgehog Bread – easy to see, select and understand.”
The bakery is also holding two bread making courses, on March 15 and May 31.
