SHOPPERS at Sainsbury’s in Salisbury had the chance to try out a special moisturising cream last week.
The My Trusty Little Sunflower Cream team from Salisbury District Hospital were in the store to promote the product, which was developed at the hospital more than 20 years ago to help burns patients. The hospital launched the cream onto the market in April last year, making it the first time an NHS hospital had branched out into the beauty industry.
All profits from the sale of the product go into patient care at the hospital.
