MAGIC and fire-eating were on display as The Slug and Lettuce in Salisbury reopened after an investment of £180,000.
The pub, in Fisherton Street, reopened on March 7 with a masquerade-themed weekend that also included entertainments from stilt walkers and a DJ.
General manager Melissa Sayer said: “The renovation has meant a completely different look for the site, including new decor, furniture, toilets, layout and lighting.
Customers really enjoyed the new look, and the VIP launch was a great success.”
The investment at the pub, which is owned and operated by Stonegate Pub Company, has created ten new jobs.
