Winner: The Training Wing The Training Wing was awarded for having “quality, value and training through their core”.
The Ludgershall-based company specialises in getting ex-military personnel back into employment.
It works in maritime security, close protection and medical training, as well as providing health and safety, fire safety, and first aid at work training.
Mike Preston, operations director, said: “We came in the top five last year which spurred us on.
“We’re a training company that does more than give someone a qualification.
“We all served with the King’s Royal Hussars so we’ve all got experience since leaving the army which we’ve brought together into the company to make training work.
“We’re ex-forces guys working for the forces guys and it’s worked really well.”
