THREE Salisbury businessmen attended a prestigious dinner in London earlier this month.
Major John Holt, Lord Sebastian Salt and David Little, all of whom have the Freedom of the City of London, attended the prestigious event at The Mansion House, which was also attended by Fiona Woolf, the Lord Mayor of London.
The guest speaker was Lord Peter Levene and the Master of the Worshipful Company of Tin Plate Workers presented a cheque for £90,000 to the Lord Mayor’s Appeal.
The mayor’s appeal supports four charities: Beating Bowel Cancer, Princess Alice Hospice, Raleigh International and Working Chance.
