New partner named
CHARLES Frank, pictured above, has joined Parker Bullen Solicitors as a partner in the firm's company and commercial team.
Mr Frank has more than 13 years’ experience of advising businesses and individuals, including 11 years in the City of London.
He often acts for family or manager-owned businesses as well as high net worth individuals, and advises on a wide range of matters including business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, business reorganisations and ongoing shareholder arrangements.
