THE Vets in Salisbury have unveiled a unique new app that gives information about your pet at the touch of a button.
The app will give advice on healthy pet care tailored to each individual pet calculating from the animal’s weight, height and food regime.
It will also send regular medi-cation reminders, grooming appointments, map local walks using GPS, food and treat advice and allows owners to track their pets’ weight.
Practice owner Howard Taylor said: “This isn’t just something to pander to one’s inner geek, but is directly applicable to every pet owner's daily practical concerns and in our busy lives it helps us do this with ease.”
The app is available on both Apple and Android and is free to all clients of The Vets.
