OUTSTANDING patient care depends on recruitment policy, says New Hall Hospital in Bodenham, two miles south of Salisbury.
The hospital has been offering quality private health care for three decades.
It has changed ownership over many years and is currently in the hands of an Australian company. Nevertheless, the core staff insist on keeping the patient staff ratio of at least six to one member of staff.
Deborah Stott, New Hall’s highly experienced matron, decided that the Journal Jobs Fair would be an ideal time to test the job market for quality nursing staff, health care professionals and administrative staff.
She said: “We are a small, well-established hospital with a variety of consultants to care for our patients and we have a small turnover of staff.
“However, we are recruiting and looking out for skilled people to join our loyal team.
“The Journal Jobs Fair has generated some interest and helped raise our profile so we are quite confident it will help us add to our excellent new skilled team.”
