JONATHAN Green and Robert Macdonald were recently appointed associate partners at accountancy firm Moore Stephens South.
Jonathan joined Moore Stephens, or Hunt Wagstaff as it was then known, as a trainee in 1989 and rose to the role of tax manager in 2003. Since then, as well as managing all aspects of tax compliance, Jonathan has built up his own portfolio of private and business clients. His areas of expertise include personal tax planning and advising family owner-managed businesses.
Robert started as a trainee accountant in February 2008 and qualified in June 2011. One of his specialist areas is public sector audit, mainly concentrating on academies. Robert is a member of Moore Stephens’ specialist academies team.
Robert and Jonathan also head up the firm's Start-Up Team, guiding clients through the initial stages of starting a new business and providing ongoing services to help them grow and manage their businesses.
Managing partner Andrew Coldwell said: "I am delighted that Jonathan and Robert have been appointed as associates.
“They are a great asset to the firm and will be key players in shaping our business in the future.”
