A new coaching circle is to start meeting in Salisbury.

All aspiring coaches, accredited coaches, coach mentors and coach supervisors are invited to attend.

Founder Ross Nichols said meetings will take place once a month in the evening for about two hours.

The first hour will be a discussion on a coaching or business topic, followed by coaching triads (coach, client, observer) rotating after 15 minutes, then reconvene and wash-up.

Ross said: “This is a great way to network with other coaches, find your coach mentor or supervisor to help with accreditation and CPD, and to get some short, sharp coaching practice in a safe, friendly environment.

“Non-ICF members are welcome to attend up to three meetings as guests.

“Thereafter, we would normally expect them to join the ICF.

“We don’t have a venue yet so suggestions are welcome: a community centre or social club with self-service refreshment facilities would be ideal and would help to keep costs down.”

The ICF (Salisbury) Chapter has existed virtually for two years.

The decision to kick-start meetings in person was made by the founder and is designed to celebrate 20 years of the International Coach Federation in 2015.
