A SALISBURY guesthouse has scooped a certificate of excellence from a top travel review website.

Taylors Guesthouse in Devizes Road, received the award from TripAdvisor for the fourth year in a row.

The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on the website.

Only the top-performing ten per cent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive the award.

To qualify, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by customer, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.

Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
