TWO newly qualified staff members at Ellis Jones Solicitors have been hailed as shining examples of the firm’s policy of investing in its people.
Carl Arreghini qualified as a solicitor with the Ringwood solicitors while Amy Wilson has become a chartered legal executive.
Managing partner Nigel Smith said: "We are very proud that Ellis Jones is one of the few firms of solicitors to hold the Investors In People accreditation.
"Both Carl and Amy are great examples of our commitment to developing our people.”
Carl began his training with Ellis Jones two years ago working in the employment, dispute resolution and private client departments.
“The step between trainee solicitor and solicitor is quite vast but the experience obtained from the firm’s training contract, and the continued support of Ellis Jones, has made the transition easier,” said Carl who now works in dispute resolution. “I look forward to progressing my career at the firm in the years to come.”
Amy also studied law at Bournemouth University and graduated in 2013. She joined the firm in the same year, working in the dispute resolution team and later conveyancing.
Both studied law at Bournemouth University.
