STAFF at Westover Hyundai in Salisbury have been recognised for the exceptional level of customer care they deliver.

Kevin Bowden and Emily Tozer, who are service advisors at the Wilton Road showroom, were presented with a customer satisfaction award for achieving top notch service standards during the first six months of the year.

Every customer who uses the showroom’s service, MOT and body care facilities is asked to rate the standard of care they receive on a scale of one to ten. Between them, Kevin and Emily scored a stunning 100 per cent.

Kevin, the showroom’s aftersales supervisor, joined the team at Westover Hyundai in September 2012. Emily, who is centre host, came on board in November 2013.

“This is a great achievement and a very accurate reflection of the care and attention that both Kevin and Emily – and the whole aftersales team here – deliver to each and every customer,” said Martin Hayward, Westover Hyundai’s brand manager. “Customer service is key and this award reflects the value of the showroom service, plus the commitment of each and every individual involved in the chain – particularly those who are front-of-house, liaising with customers and managing expectations.
