KEYSTONE Brewery of Berwick St Leonard has won a gold award at the Society of Independent Brewers' South West Beer Competition.
The gold was awarded in the speciality beers category by beer industry members under blind tasting conditions.
The brewery's Alasdair and Charlotte Large, who started the business last year, said they were delighted their Gold Spice Ginger Beer had won such an award.
Mr Large said: "This award is the best possible reward a brewer can achieve in his first year of brewing, and we are looking forward to our first full summer with confidence."
The brewery makes five regular beers.
