BARRISTER Michael Topolski was guest of honour at the opening of solicitor Bill Bache's new offices in Whaddon.
Mr Topolski, QC, performed the ceremony at Oakridge Office Park earlier this month.
He is well known for defending Marianne Williams, who was acquitted of murdering her 15-month-old son in what became known as the salt baby case.
Mr Bache, who was with former Salisbury firm Pye Smiths for many years before setting up his own practice, moved to Whaddon in the summer.
He represented former Salisbury mother Angela Cannings, who was freed on appeal after being convicted of murdering two of her baby sons.
