The 45-year-old says he has always loved Lebanese food and wanted to share this with the people of the city.

"Lebanese food is unique and it is food that I really love," continued Yousef who says his love of the food started in his home city of Baghdad.

The takeaway's menu has a wide variety of dishes for customers to try including Shawarma platters to falafel wraps and Baba Ganouj.

"Everything is fresh and we always use olive oil. It's not fatty food and not unhealthy. It's very light."

It will also cater for vegetarians. One of Yousuf's favourite dishes on the menu is the meat Shawarma platter.
