A POPULAR pizza restaurant has relocated to a new location in the city.
Selfie Pizza, which previously operated from a small hut on Mill Stream Approach, has moved into the former Cornish Bakery shop on Silver Street.
Owners Ciprian and Ana Alupoaie told the Journal they are "excited" to be at the new location.
Ana said: "I'm excited, we opened on Saturday [January 13], and it was really busy that day. People came in to see what we have.
"We're open from 11.30am to 10pm every day, and we now have a lunch menu and serve pasta. Each day we'll serve a different pasta.

"We want to grow and advance, we're always looking for better and this new restaurant can help us to achieve that."
Ciprian told the Journal: "We had a successful opening on Saturday, people stayed to enjoy every last bit of pizza.
"We're trying to bring a bit of diversity with our menu, with different options available to the traditional pizza restaurant.
"I'm sure it's going to be the best pizza in Salisbury, we've got a secret touch."
Offering authentic Italian pizza, the couple's unique menu promises to be "different to anywhere else in Salisbury."
The ingredients for the pizzas are sourced from an Italian warehouse in London and Mr Alupoaie boasts a "secret" dough that prevents bloating.

Ciprian's personal favourite, the 'Euro Pizza' provides a modern twist on a classic Italian pizza, with tomato, fresh mozzarella, rocket cherry tomato, prosciutto crudo, parmesan and olive oil fusing to create a "summer taste".
It isn't just pizza and pasta on the menu, Selfie Pizza also serve 'Bocadillos' (Spanish for sandwiches) and a variety of drinks, and from February, will be able to serve alcohol.
Keen-eyed readers will notice the full redecoration of the restaurant.
The modern-rustic decor of the place was the brainchild of Ciprian, the aesthetic suits the feel of the restaurant, and, complete with a European soundtrack in the background, creates a genuinely unique experience that nowhere else in Salisbury has.
It wasn't an easy task for the couple, who initially planned to move into the new building in December, but they now believe they can reap the rewards.
Ana said: "Paperwork got in the way of us opening in December, and January is usually a quiet month so we do have our challenges."
Ciprian added: "It took a while, we had the idea for what we wanted, but it was hard to find the right people to move it forward. We have been working together for 10 to 15 years now, and this is the next step.
"We are open, we take reservations and bookings, we're warm and welcoming so come and try."
