A CLEANING and hygiene company has partnered with Ringwood Community Fridge to offer essential cleaning supplies.
Hygiene company Comax UK has announced it has partnered with Ringwood Community Fridge to support its mission of food waste reduction and to help the community.
The company will offer a variety of cleaning supplies which includes sanitisers, compostable bags, gloves, food packaging, and paper hygiene products.
Jodie Ringer, marketing manager of Comax UK, said: "We are proud to partner with Ringwood community fridge and contribute to their invaluable work.
"We believe in giving back to the communities we serve, and this partnership reflects our commitment to sustainability and making a positive impact beyond our business operations."
The Ringwood Community Fridge is a non-profit initiative run by Ringwood Actions for Climate Emergency (RACE).
The fridge has noted an increase in demand and said maintained cleanliness has become more crucial to manage.
Rosemary White, a RACE trustee, said: "Whilst we have an amazing group of volunteers who give up so much of their time for free, running the Ringwood Community Fridge costs us over £750 a year. This support from COMAX UK will reduce that by a third and help to secure the long-term future of the fridge."
