FIRMS across Wiltshire are being urged to help shape the way in which the council makes decisions affecting the business community.
Wiltshire Council is working with the Wiltshire Strategic Economic Partnership (WSEP) and Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership (SWLEP) on the Business Perception Survey, the results of which will inform future planning and economic development policies.
The council, Wessex Association of Chambers of Commerce, the Federation of Small Businesses and Business West are urging as many firms to participate as possible.
Wiltshire Council cabinet member, Fleur De Rhe-Phillipe, said: “I encourage as many local businesses as possible to assist us in shaping key decisions which affect them in the future.
“Understanding the needs of businesses and the issues that affect the local business community are critical if we are to achieve our aims of encouraging businesses to the county, supporting existing businesses and boosting the local economy.”
Businesses can access the survey by going to wiltshire.gov.uk/business perceptionsurvey.htm.
