New website attracts interest

BEGBIES Traynor, the business rescue and recovery specialist, has launched a website listing a range of properties available for immediate sale.
The site, at www.begbiestraynorgroup.com comprises commercial, retail and industrial properties, as well as residential.
Julie Palmer, Begbies Traynor partner in Salisbury, said: “The site has already attracted significant attention - the intention is that it should become a kind of one-stop shop for the property world.
“It is something I have long thought had much potential and I am very pleased this is proving to be the case.
“There are many southern and south west England assets listed, they are competitively priced and it will stimulate deals.”
Ric Traynor, executive chairman of Begbies Traynor Group, said: “Volumes are rising rapidly and we expect the number of properties on the site to grow substantially over the next three months.
“Although the UK real estate market remains slow, we are seeing significant levels of interest in the properties we have listed.”
