A NEW non-executive director has joined the board of Wessex Water Services Limited.
Dame Fiona Reynolds, who has been director general at the National Trust for 12 years, was appointed by the firm’s board earlier this month. She will take over as chairman of the company’s sustainability panel and stakeholder forum from environmental freelance writer and broadcaster Jonathon Porritt, who was on the board for seven years.
She said: “I am delighted to be joining Wessex Water, which I have long admired as at the forefront of sustainable water management. Water is our most precious resource and our water resources are under threat from climate change. ”
