A DISTRIBUTION firm based in Salisbury has been recognised for its excellence in delivering the highest possible standards of customer service for the second year running.
Andover Transport was awarded a platinum award by Palletways, the express palletised freight network.
Jason Horner, principal of Andover Transport, said: “I’m delighted to have secured platinum status again as it shows our ongoing commitment to providing our customers with the highest level of service and cost-efficiency.”
Palletways launched the nationwide Partnership League in 2007 to recognise the quality of commitment and co-operation among its network of over 100 members, which includes Andover Transport.
The assessment process is based on a number of categories, including performance and commitment to the local areas in which they are located.
