In response to popular demand, Salisbury Chamber of Commerce has teamed up with Health & Safety experts What No Safety Services Ltd. to bring you a series of training workshops, designed to bring you up to speed with current Health & Safety legislation. Key topics include Risk Assessment, COSHH, Manual Handling and Display Screen.
CALLING ALL DIRECTORS & BUSINESS OWNERS Join us for a FREE introductory half day training session. Come and have your say in what other topics you would like Salisbury Chamber to arrange to have covered.
These cost effective and local sessions will allow businesses to ensure that you have systems in place to protect you in this ever more litigious age. Come and find out what you should be doing and what the Chamber is doing to help you.
This FREE introductory half-day training session will be followed by a networking lunch.

Friday 13th July 2007 - Business to Business Summer BBQ

Salisbury Chamber of Commerce, Salisbury City Centre Management and the Salisbury branch of the Federation of Small Businesses are all joining forces to celebrate businesses in the Salisbury and District area.
We are bringing you a spectacular business networking event and social evening taking place in the beautiful surrounds of the Grasmere House Hotel, set on the banks of the Rivers Avon and Nadder in Salisbury. Join us for a delicious summer BBQ and meet fellow members of these 3 organisations.
There will a grand raffle and an auction of promises to raise money, not only for the Mayor of Salisbury's appeal, but also for the Salisbury City Christmas Lights. This is one summer networking event, you cannot afford to miss.

Now in its 3rd year, the annual Salisbury Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament continues to be hugely popular. Taking place at Hamptworth Golf Club, everyone is welcome to take part and all businesses are encouraged to attend.
This is an ideal opportunity for you to treat your colleagues and clients, and you may just get some new business too. Fun, relaxed and informal, a corporate golf day makes for an excellent networking opportunity.

Now in its 5th consecutive year, the South Wilts Business EXPO, organised by Salisbury Chamber of Commerce, allows businesses the opportunity to showcase their goods and services to a wide variety of companies, not only from the immediate area, but also to businesses attending the event from much further a field.
The EXPO is a hugely popular event and always a guaranteed success with businesses returning every year to either exhibit or visit and find out for themselves what businesses within the Salisbury & District region have to offer.

All businesses in the Salisbury & South Wilts region are encouraged to enter the Annual Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards. With a number of categories and no restrictions as to who may enter, we are expecting a record number of entries this year.
The President’s Awards Dinner takes place every year in November and always proves hugely popular. The glitz and glamour of the ceremony and the suspense of which businesses ultimately come out on top, ensures a wonderfully exciting evening and a fantastic atmosphere.
Live Entertainment and a 3 course meal with wine all add to the appeal of this truly magnificent occasion in the Chamber Diary.
