Hockey triumph at Chafyn
GIRLS from Chafyn Grove School in Salisbury have won the under 13 county hockey championships.
The youngsters beat teams from Dauntsey’s, Stonar, Prior Park and Warminster schools on the way to the title, scoring 14 goals and conceding just one.
Chafyn’s hockey players have a lot to celebrate this season, as both the under 13 and under 11 boys’ teams and have qualified for the Independent Association of Prep Schools National Finals in March.
