THEY are the tables that parents across Southampton and Hampshire will want to see.
Tomorrow’s Daily Echo will include details of how every secondary school in the region performed in last year’s GCSE exams.
For the first time, as well as showing how many pupils made the grade in subjects across the board, including the core maths and English, the Department for Education is also revealing details of the progress made by youngsters during their time at secondary school.
The ratified results are expected to confirm that Southampton has closed the gap on national averages, while Hampshire’s youngsters have remained among the higher-performing in the country.
