GO for it at Sparsholt College and find out how you can turn your interests and passions into a career.

As one of the country’s leading colleges in land-based education, you will have a team of experts right on your doorstep.

With years 10 and 11 getting ready to make their choices for next year, Sparsholt College kicks off their careers advice programme this Saturday, from 10am to 3pm, when the entire campus will be open, including the new multi-million pound motor vehicle and engineering workshops and sports centre and the launch of two new courses in Childcare (Outdoor Play and Forest Education) and Nature, Wildlife and Action Photography.

Current student Rebekah Ford said: “The beauty of studying at Sparsholt College is we are being trained to the highest standards, on an incredible campus in industry-equivalent facilities to do a job we will love. I know that when I leave college and start work, the mixture of hands-on and classroom-based training will have provided me with both technical know-how and practical, relevant experience.

“I came here as a high-achieving GCSE student and I have progressed from the Level 3 Animal Management course, equivalent to three A Levels, to the Foundation Degree in Veterinary Nursing Science.”

Sparsholt College runs courses in agriculture, animal management, arboriculture and forestry, conservation management, equine studies, fishery studies, game and wildlife, horticulture and garden design, motor vehicle engineering, public services and sports and, new for 2015, Childcare (Outdoor Play and Forest Education) and Nature, Wildlife and Action Photography.
