Did you have fun at the Big Play?

Hello everyone and welcome to the Journal Gang page. Did lots of you go to the Big Play event on Friday? I had the most fantastic time – there was so much to see and do and it was brilliant to enjoy all the workshops, have a go at playing musical instruments, dress up and join in the fun. You’ll see lots of pictures from The Big Play in the Journal this week – maybe you’ll spot yourself enjoying the sunshine.

The circus is coming to town

Hi everyone and welcome to the Journal Gang page. I’m getting very excited because the circus is coming to town. There are lots of great acts to see at a circus such as jugglers, acrobats, tightrope walkers and, of course, clowns. I always laugh when I see the clowns with their funny make up and smiley faces. Whether it’s squirting water, teasing people or simply falling over, clowns have lots of different ways of being funny.

HI EVERYONE and welcome to the Journal Gang page. I hope that you all had a great Easter weekend. Did you get lots of lovely Easter eggs? Have you got any chocolate left or have you munched them all already? I know that lots of you went on Easter eggs hunts and to all sorts of Easter events over the weekend – I hope you had a great time. But it’s not just children who have been cracking open eggs this weekend – the animals at Marwell Zoo have also been having an ‘egg-citing’ time and we’ll be finding out why.
