HI Gang! Autumn time is here again, the weather is getting colder and the leaves are falling off the trees.
Have you been out collecting conkers or acorns? There are lots of them about at this time of year and I love seeing how many I can find when I’m walking in the parks around Salisbury.
This week we start off by giving a great Journal Gang cheer to Oralie King who won tickets to see The Magical Playroom at Salisbury Arts Centre on Sunday.
Oralie (pictured right) took her friend Chiara Campari Moss with her, and the girls had a wonderful time. After the show they got to meet Cbeebies presenter Cerrie Burnell, who wrote and starred in The Magical Playroom. Well done, Oralie.
I’m glad you and Chiara had such a lovely time.
This week we’re finding out about 1st Amesbury Girls’ Brigade’s fun-filled district day, and young bakers are being invited to cook up a great cake for a competition being run by the Journal Gang and Lakeland in Salisbury.
See you next week,
Jill
