HELLO everyone and welcome to the Journal Gang page.
This week my friends at Durrington Junior School have sent me an email about their fundraising for lifeboat charity the RNLI.
Someone from the Lifeboat Institute visited the school to talk about beach safety and the lifesaving work volunteers from the charity do.
The children then held a Wellympics to raise money for the charity, filling wellies with coins and wearing their favourite wellies to school.
They also held a cake sale and raised £120, which will pay for three special pairs of boots for the lifeboat crew.
Well done, everyone - you have done a great job supporting the RNLI.
This week we are finding out how children in Shrewton are coming up with a plan for their village and you could win tickets to see Moon Man at Salisbury Arts Centre,
Jill
