Hi kids and welcome to the Journal Gang page. Spring is in the air - daffodils are blooming, the weather is getting warmer and soon the fields will be full of baby animals.
Charlie's Farm, at Cholderton, is celebrating the first arrival of the new season. A tiny little lamb called Bleep was born on February 24.
His mum is called Blossom and the first noise the little lamb made was a bleep so that's what they decided to call him.
Here is a picture of Bleep with his mum - isn't he cute? The farm is expecting lots more baby animals over the coming months including lambs, goats, piglets and bunnies.
Today is a brilliant day to get reading and celebrate your favourite characters as it's World Book Day. We'll be finding out all about it and some of the events you can take part in.
Also, there is a competition to win a family holiday at the lovely St Audries Bay Holiday Park, Somerset, and make sure you look out for your birthday if you are celebrating this week.
See you soon,
Jill
