HELLO everyone and welcome to the last Gang page of 2011. The year has flown by and it’s been so great to meet so many Gang winners when you’ve come to pick up prizes or invited The Journal out to cover events.

Here are two more happy winners from the Smyths Top 12 Toys for Christmas competition. Aimee Terry won the Fijit and here’s a picture that was taken with her brother Mackenzie when she came to collect it. Aimee and Mackenzie, who both go to St Nicholas School in Idmiston, were delighted with the prize and wanted their mum to make their Fijit dance to the music on the radio in the car on the way home.

Equally happy was Ceylan Acar who won this lovely cuddly Milky bunny. Milky is wonderfully soft and fluffy and I hope you’re giving her lots of cuddles Ceylan.

The Gang competitions return next week but this week there’s another wordsearch to keep you busy.

We’ll also be finding out about two girls from Salisbury who have won top honours in a national writing competition.

I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas. Did Santa give you some nice presents?

I hope that he did and don’t forget to send me a photograph of you with your new toys.

I’ll be back next week for the first Gang page of 2012 but in the meantime enjoy the holidays and have a Happy New Year.

Jill
