“The early signs would suggest 2014 is likely to see a much improved property market” says Goadsby’s Residential Director, Simon Cumming.
Simon indicated that despite the appallingly wet weather, 2014 has started strongly with very encouraging levels of enquiries. Across our network of 24 offices, sales in January have been surprisingly strong and this trend was reflected at our Salisbury office where sales totaling over £1,400,000 were agreed during the first three weeks of the year.
With limited stock of available property for sale Simon believes we will see a sustained sellers’ market throughout 2014, and that with the improved economic climate many will now have the confidence to reconsider their personal requirements for a larger or smaller home and decide to make a move during 2014.
