A NEW tailors shop is to bring popular city centre shopping mall The Maltings up to full occupancy. Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully sewn up a five-year lease for the unit at an asking rent of £11,950 per annum.
Simon Lee, retail partner, said: “This is bringing a much-needed and specialist business into Salisbury, and takes The Maltings back up to full occupancy.
“It demonstrates both that there is strong local demand for independent traders to play a major role in city centre retailing and that market confidence is rising.”
The ground floor unit has been let to Mr Murat Neguzel trading as Stonehenge Tailoring.
