ARTISTS will be offering items from jewellery through to sculpture at a Christmas craft fair being held at Salisbury Arts Centre on Saturday.
Bringing together artists from Salisbury and beyond, the Contemporary Craft Fair provides an opportunity to buy high quality crafts direct from professional artists and makers.
Entry is free and as well as a number of locally based artists, including the centre’s own resident ceramicist Mirka Golden- Hann, there will be artists from London, Devon and Dorset taking part.
There will be a drop-in beading workshop to entertain children and a Stitch and Kitsch workshop run by textiles artist and teacher Kim Barham.
In this full day workshop, people can learn to transform scraps of material or old clothes in to anything from bunting to cushion covers.
Advance booking is required for Stitch and Kitsch, as places are limited.
The fair runs from 10am to 3pm.
