THE A Cappella Choir at South Wilts School will be holding a concert at a Salisbury church later this month.
The concert will include the Rutter Requiem, Pergolesi’s Magnificat and Monteverdi’s Beatus Vir, all sung by the choir and directed by the school’s head of music, Libby Poppleton.
Richard Parsons will lead the orchestra and solos will be sung by members of the choir.
The concert is at St Martin’s Church on January 26 from 7.30pm.
Tickets are £8, £5 for concessions, and are available on the door or by calling Elaine Wood in the learning resources centre at the school on 01722 323326.
