Exhibition seeks artists

LOCAL artists are invited to enter paintings, drawings, pottery, sculpture and other forms of art (but not crafts) to the third annual Avon & Bourne Valley Art Exhibition.
The event is to be held on May 4 and 5 at Figheldean Village Hall.
Last year the exhibition sold 25 original paintings and numerous prints, raising more then £800 for the Pembroke Ward at Salisbury District Hospital.
This year, any profits raised will go to Hope for Tomorrow, to help fund a mobile chemotherapy unit for the hospital.
