SALISBURY Sinfonia will be presenting an orchestral concert on Saturday, February 9 at the city’s St Thomas’s Church, joined by cello soloist Bryony Moody.
Moody, pictured, a former Salisbury Cathedral chorister, will be performing Kabalevsky’s Cello Concerto in G minor.
The programme also includes Myaskovsky’s Serenade op.32 no.1 and Mendelssohn’s Symphony no. 3 Scottish.
The leader will be Richard Parsons and the conductor Tim Murray.
The concert starts at 7.30pm.
Tickets are available in advance from Cross Keys Bookshop at £10 for adults. Accompanied children go free.
Alternatively tickets can be purchased at the door for £12, accompanied children free.
