Farrant Singers' spring concert

THE Farrant Singers are returning to Gabriel Fauré's popular Requiem for their spring concert on Saturday.
The group wil also be performing Benjamin Britten's Hymn to St Cecilia to a text by W H Auden, Brahms' two Op 29 motets and Bruckner's Ave Maria, Os Justi and Christus Factus est.
The concert, at St Martin's Church from 7.30pm, will include soloists Richard Hooper from Salisbury Cathedral Choir and former cathedral chorister Anita Monserrat and Timothy Hone will accompany the choir on the organ.
